6. Compliments. Instead focus on the little things that irritate you in people, focus it on what you like. It can be anything: smile, hair, voice, new shoes... once you find some line that is pleasant to you, to inform its owner. Compliments work wonders. They can improve a person's mood for the day.
7. Do small acts of kindness. Miss a pedestrian, if you are driving or hold the door of the supermarket in front of an elderly woman. The best way to cheer yourself up is to do something nice for another person.
8. Avoid conflicts. This does not mean that you should turn into always agree with all rahly. Just try not to waste your time and energy on futile conflicts to nothing lead. Accept the fact that there are people you will never understand and will never understand you. Accept it and your life will become much easier.
9. Be kind to yourself. Kindness is whole and indivisible concept. How you treat others affects how you feel about yourself and Vice versa. If you will be kind to themselves, you will be kinder to others.
