To participate in the Competition and getting the opportunity to win a prize, a Participant shall have:

The winner of the Contest will be selected by a jury of representatives from store Lagrande.com.ua method of voting.

Participants
In the Competition can participate capable individuals of the female sex who are citizens of Ukraine who has attained the age of 18. (hereinafter - Participants).
The Contest period
The competition is held from January 20, 2012 February 14, 2012. All contest history will be accepted from January 20, 2012 February 14, 2012 only during the specified period. The work received by the specified deadline, will be published upon receipt on the website under the heading "He and She", category, created for the contest "the Best romantic story".
The Contest rules and the determination of winners
To participate in the Contest and get a chance to win a prize, a Participant shall have:

The final decision on the placement of the contest work on the Website accepts version of the Website. Competitive job contrary, in the promoter's opinion, these Rules of Competition, contain advertising or are not relevant to the theme of the contest, as well as containing profanity, may not be accepted to participate in the Contest without notice or explanation.
The winner will be the participant whose story gets the most votes. In the case of a dispute, the right to make the final decision rests with the Organizer.
Competition is not a lottery.

Stages of the competition
At the end of the Contest on February 14, is determined by the winner of the Contest, which will receive the main prize.
Prizes
The winner receives a gift Certificate in the amount of 300 USD. to purchase any of the available positions on the website lagrande.com.ua.
The procedure and terms of get prizes
The certificate is sent by the Organizer to the Winner by registered mail.
The certificate is valid for 10 working days after the announcement of the competition results.
In the case of non-compliance of the conditions of receiving the Prizes described above, the Winners are ineligible to receive them.
The obligation to pay taxes and duties established by the current legislation of Ukraine, is the person who receives the Prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged or in cash are not given.
