Lose weight on spaghettiMany believe that spaghetti and other pasta is the true enemy of harmony. But I dare you to prove the contrary. For spaghetti you can lose weight if you eat with vegetables and without such a favorite, but high-calorie sauces. With this diet you can lose 5 pounds in 4 weeks. And remember, no cheese!


Day 1



Breakfast: coffee or tea, fresh fruit or berries (berries, melon, apples, pears, kiwi).

Snack: juice (lemon, orange, grapefruit).

Lunch: chicken-grilled or boiled, cooked vegetables (spinach).

Snack: juice (lemon, orange, grapefruit).

Dinnerpasta with vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, peppers).


Day 2





Breakfast: toast with marmalade without sugar, tea nettle.

Snack: juice (lemon, orange, grapefruit).

Lunch: fish of choice (boiled or baked), steamed vegetables.

Snack: juice (lemon, orange, grapefruit).

Dinner: rice with vegetables, cooked vegetables.



Day 3

Lunch: cheese, steamed vegetables.

Dinner: salad with pasta and raw or cooked vegetables.



Day 4

Snack: juice (lemon, orange, grapefruit).

Lunch: veal, lamb or pork on the grill, cooked vegetables.

Snack: juice (lemon, orange, grapefruit).

Dinnerpasta with peas, roasted vegetables.



Day 5-th

Lunch: fish grilled or baked in foil, steamed vegetables.
