Noodle soup occurs most often in three types: chicken noodle, noodles mushroom, noodles milk.
Preparation of all three species is extremely simple, it consists of preparing noodles, cooking respective broth and boiling the noodles in the broth.
Noodles for all three types is done by the same recipe, usually made from wheat flour, as well as from a mixture of wheat and buckwheat.
Noodles with mixed flour is better combined with mushroom or milk broth.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 chicken
1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot

- 150 g flour

Method of preparation:
Chicken rinse, put in a pan, pour two litres of cold water and boil until cooked.

Put the noodles, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 5-6 minutes (this time will be enough for the noodles cooked).
Ready to pour the soup into bowls, put the chopped meat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
