Apple Mojito

Apple MojitoMojito was born in Havana and became popular in the late 80-ies

the last century. It is believed that this minty drink was one of my favorite

cocktails Ernest Hemingway. Proposed to diversify the famed

classics, adding freshly squeezed Apple juice.

Ingredients

50 ml of Rom Baссardi Gold

- 15 ml sugar syrup

- 25 ml fresh Apple juice

120 ml of soda (sprite)

- 1/2 lime

20 mint leaves

- Crushed ice

Method of preparation:

Tear mint leaves, chopped lime, put it all in a glass. Pour syrup, fill the glass with ice. Add on top of rum and soda, to interfere directly in the glass.
