One of the classic recipes roasted salmon.
Ingredients:
- 600 g salmon fillet
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 bell peppers
- 200 g courgettes (zucchini)
- 1 lemon
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Sheet of parchment grease with vegetable oil. Cut the vegetables strips and place on the middle sheet of parchment. Fish fillets with salt and pepper and place on top of the vegetables. On top of the fish put lemon cut into circles.
Parchment wrap as candy, kinking of the region. The package with the fish, place in a preheated 160 degree oven for 20 minutes.
