High-calorie and fatty foods are prohibited for use during the diet may again appear in the diet if used in a certain time of day, say Israeli researchers from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Scientists conducted an experiment on laboratory mice. Rodents were divided into four groups and watched them 18 weeks to determine how much impact a strictly planned time eating on the set of extra pounds. Two groups received a diet with high fat content (one eaten at any time, and the other strictly). The other two groups of animals received more nutritious food, also divided by time of use.
All animals during experiment gained weight. However, taking food in a chaotic manner in both groups (with useful and less useful diet) gained more than others. Rodents fed at a fixed time, regardless of the type of power, gained less weight and generally felt better (decreased percentage of fat, the level of "bad" cholesterol and increased insulin sensitivity).
Experts believe that a fixed schedule of food intake may be more effective than exclusion from the diet of fatty foods. Experts hope that their discovery will help many to effectively deal with excess weight without abandoning completely from your favorite foods.
