Lenten menu

Gentle soup-puree of green peas



Ingredients:

sunflower oil - 2 tbsp


sunflower seeds 50 g

The stages of preparation:


Cook the sliced potatoes and sliced carrots in salted water. Drain and mash. Fry the chopped onion and peeled sunflower seeds in oil until onion is soft. Ingredients:

The stages of preparation:
