1 litre of kefir
- 0, 5 liters of ayran or ferment
- 350 g of boiled beef
- 3 potatoes
- 2 fresh cucumber
- 2 salted cucumber
5 redison
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tsp French mustard
- 3 boiled eggs
green onion to taste
- parsley to taste
- dill to taste
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
To prepare the products of the cooking process.
Boil potatoes, cool and clean. Boiled eggs are cool, peel the shell. Herbs and vegetables are thoroughly washed.
Meat, potatoes, cucumbers, radishes and eggs (whole protein 1 yolk) cut into small cubes. The remaining yolks with mustard by adding at the end the cream. Greens chop.
Put in a deep pot all the chopped ingredients. Then add in the salt pan, pour in the yogurt and ayran.
Mix everything well. Put the dressing in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then chilled hodgepodge pour into dish and serve.
