Exercise # 1: pull-pull


Sitting on the floor, pull her legs forward and straighten your back. Straight arms, without bending your knees, reach out to the toes. Repeat the exercise 15 times.

Exercise # 5: goldfish


Swimming is considered one of the best beach exercises. Strengthening not only all muscle groups, but working through the cardiovascular and respiratory system, swimming will help you to lose a few extra pounds and tighten up the body. In addition, the float will unload the spine and back pain and lower back will be forgotten.
