If signs of rejection of a product occur during pregnancy, expectant mothers are at risk. They are advised to restrict certain types of food during pregnancy so as not to cause allergies in your baby. The same applies to nursing mums.
You can eat, but cautiously
The diet should contain all products - meat and fish, milk and cereals, fruits and vegetables, pastries and bread. Just in each of these categories is a bit to limit the range. Individual components - essential oils, organic acids, high-melting fats, food additives have adverse effects on the body of any woman, and even more prone to allergies.
What should be abandoned:
- fruits - citrus, tropical, banana and berries - strawberries, raspberries;
- nuts - peanuts;
- seafood mackerel, crayfish, shrimp, fish soups;
- chocolate, chocolate sweets;
- fatty meat broth;
- foods rich in organic acids: sour apples, cranberries, pickled and marinated vegetables and fruits;
- foods rich in essential oils: garlic, onions;
products with dyes and additives: sweet cheese, cheese pastes, sweet soft drinks, smoked sausages, salted and smoked fish, pickles.
And just restrict:
sugar;
eggs;
boiled sausages, sausages, sausages;
meat delicacies;
fatty fish;
butter baked goods;
apricots, peaches, cherries, sweet cherries.
