But with allergies can be treated, and should begin in the first nine months of life a baby, that is during pregnancy.

- All nine months I was feeling great, despite the fact that I'm 32 and this is my first baby. Only I wanted to fish. I did not limit nor doctors, nor mother, nor her husband. Nothing amazing, " says Igor Kon. - % 10 - 12 children fed breast - allergic. The main cause of the diseases are not themselves proteins of breast milk, as it contains antigens. Especially actively, they come in milk when the abuse of cow's milk, fish and fish products, eggs, nuts, honey, some vegetables and fruits. If signs of rejection of a product occur during pregnancy, expectant mothers are at risk. They are advised to restrict certain types of food during pregnancy so as not to cause allergies in your baby. The same applies to nursing mums.




You can eat, but cautiously




The diet should contain all products - meat and fish, milk and cereals, fruits and vegetables, pastries and bread. Just in each of these categories is a bit to limit the range. Individual components - essential oils, organic acids, high-melting fats, food additives have adverse effects on the body of any woman, and even more prone to allergies.





What should be abandoned:


- fruits - citrus, tropical, banana and berries - strawberries, raspberries;


- nuts - peanuts;


- seafood mackerel, crayfish, shrimp, fish soups;


- chocolate, chocolate sweets;


- fatty meat broth;


- foods rich in organic acids: sour apples, cranberries, pickled and marinated vegetables and fruits;


- foods rich in essential oils: garlic, onions;


products with dyes and additives: sweet cheese, cheese pastes, sweet soft drinks, smoked sausages, salted and smoked fish, pickles.




And just restrict:




sugar;


eggs;


boiled sausages, sausages, sausages;


meat delicacies;


fatty fish;


butter baked goods;


apricots, peaches, cherries, sweet cherries.
