Shrimp with steamed Jasmine sauce


Shrimp with steamed Jasmine sauceWe all used to eat shrimp, just boil them or at best in a salad, then when in the world is fried, steamed, baked, make the sauces... So today, in order to diversify your kitchen we offer you a new way to cook shrimp.



Ingredients:


- 400 g raw prawns


- 1 egg white


- 2 teaspoon rice starch


- 1 tablespoon dry sherry


- 1 tablespoon green Jasmine tea


white pepper and salt




For the sauce:




- 0, 5 cups unsalted chicken broth


- 1 tablespoon white dessert wines


- black pepper


- Sol





For filing:


- 500 g cooked white rice


or green salad





Method of preparation:


For the marinade mix protein, starch and sherry, season with salt and white pepper to taste. Add shrimp, stir and leave for 30 minutes




Put shrimp in a steamer. Cook 6-7 minutes




For the sauce, broth and wine to pour into the skillet, bring to a boil, pour the tea, remove from heat, stir and cover. Leave on for 4 minutes, then drain, season with salt and black pepper to taste.




Cooked shrimp arrange on plates filled with rice or salad, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with dill and serve.
