American scientists have found that eating dairy products reduces the risk of such diseases as diabetes mellitus.
Dairy products contribute to the increased content in human blood special acid (TRANS-polimetallicheskikh acid) in preventing the most common form of diabetes of the second type.
Scientists conducted the study, which was attended by about 4,000 people. As it turned out, those who for a long time regularly ate dairy products, 3 times less at risk of diabetes. In addition, the higher level of the above mentioned acids in the blood has a positive effect on cholesterol, insulin and inflammatory cells.
