Ingredients:
- Package of puff pastry
For the filling
- 400 g cheese (200 g of various kinds)
- 500 g ham
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 egg
- A bunch of green onions
Method of preparation:
The dough is thawed. Be divided into two unequal parts. A large roll. Place on a baking sheet, oiled, so that overhung the edge.
Prepare the filling: grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into cubes. Wash and chop green onions.
Mix everything, add sour cream and raw egg. Thoroughly mix.

Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes. Pie is ready! Cut into large pieces, serve hot.
