The spring diet


Banned: sweet fruit, coffee, sweet black tea


Alternative: non-carbonated drinking water, mineral water, green tea (without sugar), 1% kefir


The main rule: half an hour before a meal should drink 200 ml of mineral water.





Breakfast: 125 g cottage cheese, 2-3 "Finnish" of bread, a glass of water with a spoon of honey

Lunch: 2 apples, herbs and vegetables raw, boiled or stewed

Lunch: vegetable soup, cooked in water; lean beef/veal or boiled chicken breast, 3 tbsp green peas and fresh vegetables

Afternoon teaFinnish bread, vegetables with a spoon of vegetable oil, 100 g of cottage cheese

Dinner: 2 apples or oranges, yogurt diet



The banana diet


As you know, bananas are very high in calories, so 3-4 banana substitute other food. During the day drink water, mineral water, green tea or vegetable juices, and in the evening low-fat yogurt.




Duration: 3 days





Avocado diet



Breakfast: half avocado filled with low fat cheese

Lunch: half an avocado cut into pieces, add a boiled egg, a small cucumber and green onions

Dinner: 90 g of meat, 1/2 avocado with cottage cheese


Duration: 3 days




Tomato diet





Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice with two slices of rye bread, spread a thin layer of low-fat cottage cheese, Apple/orange or banana

Lunch: a glass of tomato juice, 100 grams of boiled rice, vegetables, Apple, 100 g of boiled fish

Dinner: 100 g of boiled beef, vegetables, 50 g of boiled rice, a glass of tomato juice


Duration: 7 days




Offer: multifruit diet





Breakfast: a glass of orange juice

Lunch: 4 tbsp boiled rice and 2 fruit (slice pineapple, kiwi)

Lunch: salad of green vegetables, and garnish boiled cabbage (preferably broccoli or cauliflower), 200 g of boiled chicken (you can substitute other lean meat) and 2 fruit

Afternoon tea: juice, 2 fruit, whole grain bread and yogurt

Dinner: fruit salad of pineapple, orange, kiwi, Apple. Steamed vegetables without fat, preferably eggplant or zucchini


Duration: 10 days
