During the month students-scientists will fight for the presidential scholarship in the amount of UAH 1,000 and benefits from the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine for admission to higher educational institutions.
The final stage of the competition will be conducted in 56 sections 10 scientific departments in almost all areas of exact, natural, Humanities and social Sciences. Incidentally, the stage consists of several "sub-phases", one of which participants will present their inventions. So, for example, the city of Rivne Yuri Tkachuk introduced mobile digital electronic thermometer, which measures temperature in harsh environments with limited access to the object. And Igor Armansky from Ivano-Frankivsk has developed an easy to use device for the detection of carbon monoxide in the room.
Because it is difficult to decide what the invention is more important, as no less significant "podetapa" contest will be the assessment of the level of knowledge of geeks using a special computerized system, which, according to the idea creators should completely eliminate any bias. In addition, the competition itself will be held in online Internet broadcasting and on the website of the organizers. Anyone will be able to see how students work in their offices, and how they were judged by the jury.
At the final "podate" of the competition all participants will be able to patent their inventions and use them in the interests of the company. As the competition in experimental mode will begin work Center for implementation of intellectual property.
By the way the competition was attended by more than 100 000 children from all over Ukraine, which still proves once again that the Ukrainian nation with great potential.
