What is the strength?


The word "Ayurveda" in Sanskrit means "the science of life and longevity". But Ayurveda is not only a science but also a kind of philosophy. According to Ayurveda, the universe, and man including, consists of five main elements:

In the human body, they appear as three fundamental life forces, or doshas. These are Vata (ether and air), Pitta (fire and water), Kapha (water and earth). They govern all biological, psychological, and physiological functions of the human body. Depending on your "type" and need to build your own menu, work, body care and treatment.

Your food is usually fat, flavored with spices. Critical of themselves and others, idealists. Possess the character of a leader, discipline yourself and demand it from others. Can be aggressive and straightforward. Love luxury items, easily get tired in the heat.



Kapha (Mucus). Not too tall with a broad chest. Dark hair, prone to greasy luster. Don't try to take the position of leader, tolerant of themselves and others. Know how to relax. You have a good memory. Some people find you boring, you man of few words. Lean, control their costs. Evening quickly fall asleep. Prefer sweet food.


Bodily pleasure




Each procedure in Ayurveda selected individually. It must meet not only the type but also the mood of the patient. And all because the basis of Ayurvedic treatment is the restoration of vital energy (prana) through which people independently wins diseases. How? The program is usually divided into two parts: SPA therapist (twice a week) and home practice.
