Ingredients
(6 servings):
- 24 juicy Mandarin (plus one for decoration)
- 2 small very ripe and juicy mango
- 2 ripe bananas
- 500 g yogurt
- handful of ice (optional)
Method of preparation:
Cut the oranges and squeeze the juice (you should get about 600 ml). This can be done in the evening. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the bones in the middle, then cut the flesh into pieces. Peel and chop the bananas.
Pour into a blender tangerine juice, pulp, mango and banana, yogurt and some ice and blend. Pour into glasses and serve. If you do not add ice, chill in the refrigerator before serving at the table.
Council
Use very ripe fruit, to drink is quite sweet. If you like very sweet, add a tablespoon of clear honey.
