The cake is the most important feast in Easter and because I want to make it really special. And what could be more special than an Easter cake with chocolate cream? That's right, nothing.
Ingredients:
- 400-500 g of sifted flour
- 3 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 Cup milk
- 150 g butter
- 1, 5 tablespoons of liquid honey
- 1, 5 tablespoon fine sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 4 tablespoons chocolate cream
To decorate:
- sugar glaze
- chocolate
Steps:
Take 2 eggs down and add salt, egg yolks, milk, sugar, honey and yeast. All products must be the same temperature.
To the resulting mixture, add the softened butter and sifted flour and thoroughly knead the dough, so there are no lumps.
Cover the dough with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for 2-2, 5 hours.
When the dough has increased in volume, divide it into three parts. One (smaller) connect with two spoons of chocolate cream.
Take the mould put one piece of dough on the dough with the cream and cover it all the third part.
Set aside in warm place for 1, 5 hours to get it accustomed to the new form.
Remove the cake brush with beaten egg with a spoon of water and place in preheated to 185 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven, allow to cool, then remove from the form.
Decorate the cake with icing and chocolate.
