Vitamins need not all children

Vitamins need not all childrenAmerican scientists conducted a study, the results of which indicate that about one-third of children aged 2-17 years, takes vitamins and various supplements without any necessity.

According to scientists from the University of California, analyzed data on dietary intake of 10,828 American children. It turned out that 34% of children and adolescents receiving regular supplements to the basic ration, despite the fact that they come from affluent families and their parents are fed a varied and nutritious food, rich in vitamins.

Paradoxical also proved that nutritional supplements are mostly those who absolutely do not need them, and those to whom they are necessary or not regularly accept them, or not take at all, because the family budget does not provide such a possibility.

When do you think we need to take vitamins?
