Rutger Hauer is immortalized in Omsk



In the Russian city of Omsk, at the entrance to the restaurant Bevitore (translated as "a man who likes to drink"), has installed a sculpture of the character in the picture Ermanno Olmi "the Legend of the Holy drunkard" - Andreas Cartama. The role of Kartika in the film played Dutch actor Rutger Hauer.


To decorate the area of the restaurant so decided its owner Mikhail Kurnaev, an obvious fan of this film.


The sculptor was made by Alexander Kapralov.



"The sculpture is made of plain black metal, and then toned copper and weighs about 150 pounds, a height of 190 centimeters," said corporals.
