History of grog

Classic grog
is rum, diluted with hot water with sugar. Modern version instead of water contain black tea.

Simple grog
Ingredients:
- Rum 30 ml

- Lemon, lime 3 cloves
- 200 ml of boiling water

Honey grog
Ingredients:
50 ml of brandy
- 2 tsp. honey
to 150 ml of hot strong tea
- A slice of lemon
Mix all ingredients to dissolve the honey and garnish with lemon.
