Biscuits "Valentine"

Chocolate sausage


Sausage chocolate will delight both children and adults. You will need a few tablespoons of cocoa and milk, 1 egg, 250 grams of sugar, 350 grams of biscuits, 150 grams of butter, 100 grams of walnuts. Crush cookies, and passing it through a meat grinder. Sugar, cocoa and milk, stir and boil. To this mass, add egg, biscuits and butter, and grated nuts. The resulting mass roll it into a sausage, wrap in a permanent paper and cool in refrigerator for days. Put the sausage in the shape of a heart and serve. A great treat for Valentine's Day for your kids.


Candy "My heart"


To prepare these delicate sweets you need bitter and white chocolate, 120 grams of cream, 2 tablespoons of coffee, moulds in the shape of a heart. Bitter chocolate melt by means of a water bath, pour into molds and cool. In coffee, add cream and boil this mass. Grate the white chocolate in coffee with cream. Shake all in a magnificent mass and squeeze on chocolate hearts, using a pastry syringe. Mass cool, allow to harden. A very tasty treat!
