- 300 gr. spinach
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 Cup of cream (30% fat)
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. of petroski (finely chopped)
- 120 gr. feta
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation:
Spinach, well washed, cleaned, remove the roots and the hard part of the leaves. Chop, salt, firmly squeeze all the water dry and well.Move the eggs, cream, milk, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. The feta to crumble, add the spinach and egg mixture.
To fill the resulting filling the form, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and place in a preheated 180C oven. Bake 30-40 minutes, until the filling becomes thick. The finished pie cut into portions.
