Pork roast for 15 minutes


Pork roast for 15 minutes


Meat cut into pieces 1 cm thick, add salt and pepper to taste. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in a hot pan for a few minutes.


While pork is roasting, prepare the garnish: chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and herbs. Serve meat with vegetables.
