Italian pizza dough

Method of preparation:

Next, you need to put the dough in a bowl and RUB the outside with olive oil. Cover the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place for 40 minutes, until the dough is no increase in 2 times.




Then again knead the dough for 1-2 minutes to Roll out the dough into a circle of 30 cm and put on a baking sheet. Press into 2 cm from the edge, to get the crust and fill with filling of your choice.
