Iced coffee

Iced coffeeIt is very difficult to say where did iced coffee. Many say that its discoverers were the Italians, others argue that the French. And many say that iced coffee is not necessarily a coffee with ice cream. But we know one thing: the drink is very tasty and is as pleasant to smell and taste.

Ingredients:

4 teaspoons with slide freshly ground coffee Arabica

400 ml milk

1 tablespoon brown sugar

4 teaspoons vanilla or cream liqueur

200 g ice cream or sundae

Method of preparation:

Get some coffee, add sugar, stir and pour milk. Put it on a small fire, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, but do not boil.

Leave everything aside, and after 15 minutes, repeat the procedure, then pour slightly cooled coffee in a tall clear glass.

Add the coffee liqueur and ice cream.

If desired coffee can sprinkle with grated chocolate.
