It is very difficult to say where did iced coffee. Many say that its discoverers were the Italians, others argue that the French. And many say that iced coffee is not necessarily a coffee with ice cream. But we know one thing: the drink is very tasty and is as pleasant to smell and taste.
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons with slide freshly ground coffee Arabica
400 ml milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla or cream liqueur
200 g ice cream or sundae
Method of preparation:
Get some coffee, add sugar, stir and pour milk. Put it on a small fire, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Leave everything aside, and after 15 minutes, repeat the procedure, then pour slightly cooled coffee in a tall clear glass.
Add the coffee liqueur and ice cream.
If desired coffee can sprinkle with grated chocolate.
