My mood




Reading the article, involuntarily tried to apply the advice of the author to the situations of his life. Fortunately, not evolved in such a way that I was in the role of victim, and was not a situation of "the train isn't coming." I always like this: in the family all in good spirits and healthy at work all OK. If something went wrong at home and at work are not going smoothly. Because everything around is a reflection of my inner state. I fully agree with the author: "the Action for yourself". I wyzwania friends, indulge your body (food, sports, shopping), make yourself a rest from the family (thanks to them, support) or just close the house and alone watching movies and reading. My health is my responsibility! This is what I know. And who better than me knows will correct me if I pull? Only myself.
