Cheese and onion pie


Cheese and onion pieIngredients:


Stuffing




- 1 kg onions


- 2 eggs


- 400 grams of Dutch cheese


- salt, pepper




The dough




- 500 g flour


- 250 gr butter


- 250 gr cream


- egg


- 0.5 tsp. soda





Method of preparation:


Flour to RUB with butter, then add the egg, sour cream and soda (to repay vinegar). Knead the dough, if necessary, add flour. The finished dough in the refrigerator for 1 day.




Chop onion coarsely and fry until Golden brown, cool. In the cold onion add eggs and RUB on a large grater cheese.




The finished dough should be divided into two parts, roll out, but not thin, put the stuffing and close the second part of the test, zasobiv edge. The finished pie top to anoint beaten egg and in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, the cake should be lightly browned.
