Sandwiches with asparagus and ham


Sandwiches with asparagus and hamThe dish is not only tasty and healthy, but still, in spite of the simplest ingredients, and quite exquisitely.


Ingredients:




- 1 bunch (24 stem) young green asparagus


1 baguette


- 24 slices of cured ham (jamon, prosciutto)


- 100 gr of melted cream cheese


- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese


- a few leaves of Basil


- salt, black pepper





Method of preparation:


Cut off the tops of the asparagus stalks with a length of 5-6 cm Sblanshirovat* in salted water for 3 minutes and immediately pour cold water. Finely chop the Basil and mix with Parmesan and cream cheese until smooth, add salt. Cut the baguette and slightly dry in the oven, the toaster or pan. Put on each slice of baguette a little cheese. Wrap each piece of asparagus ham and put it on a baguette.

For sandwiches, you can buy a young, thin, green asparagus and use it raw, and cream cheese to add just a bit of dill and snit-bow.
