Salmon in honey and soy sauceJuicy fish - a great alternative to a heavy meat dish. The secret is in the special sauce.

Ingredients:

- 3 salmon fillet with skin (total weight 530 - 550 g).

marinade

- 1/2 Cup honey

- 1/4 Cup soy sauce

- freshly ground pepper

Method of preparation:

Salmon fillet, wash and dry with paper towel. Prepare the marinade by mixing the honey and soy sauce. Place fish in marinade for an hour (half an hour turn).

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the salmon fillet on a square of foil peel from top to bottom, pepper, lift the edges of the foil and pour on fish tablespoon of the marinade. Seal the foil. Just need to do with the other two fillets.

Bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, gently expand the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Each envelope carefully remove the fish using a flat - blade skin when it is easily removed and remains on the foil.

Very tasty served with regular mashed potatoes.
