- 250 grams spaghetti
- 6-7 asparagus stalks with heads
- 200 g ham or ham
- 2 tbsp. fresh sage
- 150 g Gloucester cheese
- 150 g of cheese Grier

Method of preparation:
Melt butter and olive oil in a hot pan. Peel the asparagus stalks, peeled and cut each stalk into 3 parts. Ham cut into strips. Chop the garlic and sage. Grate finely cheese.
Roast the asparagus in the butter for 4 minutes. After add the garlic and ham. After a minute, add the sage. After another minute - cream. Stir, bring to a boil. Stir in cheese and plate over medium heat until smooth-sauce.
Boil the spaghetti in boiling water with salt and oil. Drain the water and put the socket on the plate. Plug head asparagus, pour the sauce over the ham. For beauty can decorate the dish with herbs.
