Ingredients:
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 150 ml cream (15% or higher fat content)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Pasta (Penne or tagliatelle)
- Olive oil
- Dill (fresh, finely chop)
Method of preparation:
Salmon fillet wash, sprinkle with lemon juice, cut into cubes. In a pan pour the olive oil, heat, quickly fry the salmon on high heat together with whole cloves of garlic, then reduce the heat, remove the garlic, add the cream, simmer for a few minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.
In salted water to boil pasta (Penne or tagliatelle), arrange on plates, on top lay the salmon and sauce, sprinkle with fresh dill.
