Easter with marzipan
Ingredients:
- 0, 5 kg of greasy cheese
- 2 egg yolks

Method of preparation:

Ring Easter cupcake
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour

Method of preparation:
Sift the flour into a bowl in the middle to make a dent. There scrosati yeast and pour warm milk. On the edges of the flour to distribute sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 180 g of chopped butter.
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and knead the dough, adding the eggs. When the dough becomes smooth, add the candied fruit and liqueur. Then lightly sprinkle the dough with flour, cover with a towel and put on 30-40 minutes in a warm place.

Festive vegetable stew
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp fish or oyster sauce
- black pepper

- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
Method of preparation:
Peel and chop the vegetables. Bow to draw semicircles, RUB the garlic, green onions, finely chopped.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and 2 minutes fry the onions, garlic, plates ginger, fish or oyster sauce, sweet and hot pepper, spices. Add the vegetables and with continuous stirring over high heat and simmer all together until almost soft. Season with soy sauce. Serve hot.
Spring tartlets
Ingredients:
- 2 processed cheese
- 2 boiled eggs
- 50 g of mayonnaise

- 100 g canned tuna

Method of preparation:
Cheese and proteins to grate, combine with 50 g of tuna, mayonnaise.

Black and white mousse
Ingredients:
Mousse dark chocolate:
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 5 egg yolks
- 0, 5 tbsp of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp strong coffee
120 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. of hard liquor
- brandy
- Roma
Mousse white chocolate
- 175 g white chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tablespoons light rum or other bright spirits
- 1 teaspoon of gelatin (5 g)
Method of preparation:
Mousse dark chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Beat egg yolks, gradually add the melted chocolate. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar. Mix with the chocolate, add the alcohol. Put on the cold.
Mousse white chocolate
Soak the gelatine in 2 tsp. water. Whites beaten with a pinch of salt to cool the foam. Whip cream with sugar. Melt the chocolate, mix it with whipped cream. Dissolve gelatin. Enter it into the chocolate mixture. Carefully enter the proteins. Divide the mass into two parts, one add chopped marmalade. Put on the cold.
Before serving, arrange on platter layers: marmalade layer chocolate layer white layer.
Duck with mushroom stuffing
Ingredients:
- 1 duck
12 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. boiled white beans
- 2 onion bulbs
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp spicy adzhika

- herbs to taste
- 2 tbsp fat
Method of preparation:
Duck washed, rubbed with salt, sugar and pepper. Coat with a mixture of sour cream and adzhika (this will give the crust a beautiful color).
Carrots cut into slices. Boil the mushrooms, saute onions, add the beans, carrots, salt, pepper.
Start a duck, sew and cook in the oven for about two hours.
Stuffed eggs
Ingredients:
half pink grapefruit
- 100 g smoked salmon
green onions
6 pitted olives
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 50 g of natural yoghurt
Method of preparation:
Slices of grapefruit peel from the films and divided into small pieces. Finely chop the salmon, egg, olives, cucumber and green onions. Mix with yogurt and fill half of the eggs.
Cheese Easter Babka
Ingredients:
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 1, 5 cups of sugar
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp candied
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 30 g butter
- 1, 5 tbsp. wheat crackers
- salt to taste
- 50 g honey
Method of preparation:
The curd to wipe or mince, mix with the yolks of the eggs, mashed with sugar, prepared with raisins, candied fruit, cinnamon, salt. Mix everything carefully.
A lot to connect with whipped egg whites. Form oil, sprinkle with bread crumbs, put in the mass, surface trim, drizzle with oil. Bake in the oven
Before serving, pour the melted honey.
Colored skewers
Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken fillet

- 2 red and 2 yellow peppers

12 sprigs of rosemary for skewers

Method of preparation:

Method of preparation:
Banana mousse
Bananas chopped in a blender, add the lemon juice. Gelatine to soak and dissolve in a water bath. Whip the cream, then beat the whites with sugar. Rum to mix with the dissolved gelatin and pour in the banana. Mix with cream, add protein and mix it again.
Chocolate mousse
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, gradually introduce the oil, stirring constantly. Whites whipped with sugar, to connect with the chocolate mass.
Put layers and refrigerate.
