Italian dessert Granite


Italian dessert GraniteDespite the fact that the sun is to us not in a hurry, we continue to think about the hot days and ice cream. And today we are on the queue of the traditional Italian dessert Granite.



Ingredients:


- 250 ml water


- 175 ml sugar


- 300 g cherry puree





Method of preparation:


Combine in a saucepan the water, sugar and heat on low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes to obtain a thin syrup.




Completely cool, mix with the puree until smooth and put the mixture in the container. In the still-frozen granite can add chopped fresh mint leaves for freshness.




Put in freezer for 2 hours until the mixture begins to freeze around the edges. With a fork stir and put back in the freezer. Repeat this procedure 3-4 times every 30 minutes.




To put on glasses.
