DUMPLINGS WITH CABBAGE
2 cups flour
150 g water
1 egg
0, 5 tsp. salt
0, 5 tsp. sugar
Filling:
1 head cabbage
1 tbsp. sugar
2-3 bulbs
2 tablespoons tomato paste
100 grams of vegetable oil
2 carrots
pepper
salt to taste
To test the sifted flour to combine with the egg, pour in cold water with dissolved salt and sugar. Knead dough and leave for 30 minutes to swell.
Until the dough swells, prepare the stuffing. Cabbage finely chopped, pour the oil and put in a hot frying pan. Add a little water and simmer, covered until soft. Onion cut into small cubes, carrots grate on medium grater. Add the onion and carrots to the cabbage, add salt and simmer for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of the boiling, add salt and pepper.
To form the dumplings and place on a floured Board and freeze in the freezer.
