Perch, baked in sour cream
Ingredients
pike - one kilo
sour cream - 1 Cup
cheese - 100 grams
parsley - to taste
bread crumbs to taste
flour for breading
salt - to taste
vegetable oil - for frying
butter - for greasing the form
Cooking method
Fish clean, clean and thoroughly wash. Then dry using paper towels and slices into pieces. Season with salt, roll in flour and fry on all sides in hot vegetable oil to form a delicious Golden brown.
Then put in greased with butter a baking dish. From above we shall water uniform layer of sour cream mixed with grated cheese and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
The thus prepared perch put in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Then place the dish, decorated with lettuce leaves and serve on the table, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
