Cheese dessert "Joy"


What will it take?



250 g low-fat cottage cheese, chocolate, 250 ml cream, a package of gelatin, 50 ml milk, sugar powder.


As cook?


Soak gelatin in milk, let swell.


Cheese in a separate container unite with sour cream and powdered sugar, here we add the prepared gelatin, mix well.


The resulting mass is divide into two equal parts.


Chocolate divide in half, then one half three on a small teracce, and the second melt by means of a water bath and mix with one part of the curd mass.


In a small tank or special culinary molds layers Joe white curd mixture and brown (one layer is approximately one spoon).


The filled molds send to solidify in the refrigerator for approximately an hour.


If you were making a dessert in portioned containers, you can eat immediately after solidification, previously sprinkled with grated chocolate.


If used molds, resulting desertic to be learned from them, turning on a silver platter, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
