Cream soup with salmon


Cream soup with salmonIngredients:


- 2 liters of broth or water


- 250 ml cream (20% fat)


- 1 onion


- 750 g potatoes


- 350 g of salted salmon or salmon


- parsley


- 1 lemon


- a little butter





Method of preparation:


Finely chop the onion and parsley, and potatoes and salmon cubes. Saute the onion in butter.




Add in a saucepan with salted water or broth, potatoes, onion and cook on a slow heat until the potatoes are soft. Then, add the smoked salmon and parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for another few minutes.




When the potatoes and fish are ready, pour in the cream. Stir the soup and season to taste freshly ground black pepper. Quick delicious soup with salmon is ready.




Perd serving, add lemon juice.
