Salmon salad



Ingredients:



smoked salmon 200 g


the tomatoes - 200 g


lettuce - a few PCs


juice of 1/2 lemon


croutons of white bread - 100 g


olive oil - 2 tbsps


butter - 20 g


pine nuts 1 handful


salt, pepper and herbs to taste




Preparation:




Crackers fry in butter to brown.




The lettuce leaves, wash, dry, coarsely nervice and place on a plate.




On a lettuce place the fish pieces, halved tomatoes and chopped fresh herbs. Instead of smoked salmon, you can use canned salmon.




The salad should be served with the dressing. To do this, mix olive oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix well.




Pour the obtained salad dressing, top, garnish with croutons and pine nuts.
