Apparently, this is not the limit: after all, earlier work from home meant mainly the types of employment that does not require special skills or typical freelance (free-lance - "freelance") activities (translation, journalism), now make your workplace outside the office prefer more qualified professionals.




Due to a massive shift to home-based work, of course, is not the desire of the employer to provide employees with the most comfortable conditions, although some Western studies show that working at home managers, on average, 15% more productive. Cisco, for example, according to The Wall Street Journal, for several years already pays for home Internet for employees and gives each notebook.

Experts believe that employers allow employees "on the house", it is useful to introduce the practice of regular General meetings - not only to discuss business issues, but in order to maintain the team spirit, team atmosphere.
