7 rules for great people

7 rules for great peopleGreat call those people who not only have achieved something in his life, but left a mark in history. Their actions, life and career cause the admiration of posterity, and therefore no harm will be on the road to success is to use the "wisdom" of great people.

1. Work time... but not all

Michel Foucault only worked from 9 to 15:00, Beethoven worked from sunrise until noon - hence, if a long time to suffer, nothing happens.

2. Have your fun, and not a moment

Socrates sometimes could just stop in the middle of the street and not move for several minutes. Beethoven, as you know, every morning doing a little Jogging or simply strolling down the alley. Feel free to give rest to your body.

3. The rest - the engine of progress

Victor Hugo also wrote their works in the mornings only, devoting the entire day and evening at leisure. Churchill was never accepted to work in the evening. Brainstorming is, of course, a good thing, but the productivity of the assault visible only from well-rested person.

4. Food demands respect

Churchill even took bath and wore clean clothes. Lunch is also partly the work of your body, so before you eat, give yourself time to relax, or at least not in a hurry, quietly eat.

5. More colors in my life

The German philosopher Emmanuel Kant made every day a day trip or lunch with friends. Gandhi loved day to walk for a long time to swim and go for massages. And Churchill day painted, fed his fish, played cards and took care of things on his farm Chartwell. He always claimed that our brain needs not so much the rest, how much diversity.

Your life may not consist of a simple "work-eat-sleep", it is necessary to make paint. Go on courses embroidery, sign up section on dances or think up a new hobby.

6. The early bird catches...

Gandhi, Franklin and Mandela had to get up very early and had time to do a lot of things, what prevents you to do the same?

7. In a healthy body - healthy spirit

Al Gore, for example, every day at three o'clock interrupted the work and did a little jog. Emerson, Beethoven, Nietzsche, Victor Hugo and Gandhi necessarily every day strolling in the fresh air. A healthy lifestyle with physical development are directly related to your productivity at work.
