Salad with rice noodles, mango and ginger


Salad with rice noodles, mango and gingerThe recipe is unusual exotic salad with rice noodles, shrimp and mango.


Ingredients:




250 g rice noodles


300 g large shrimp, boiled and peeled


1 small mango, peeled and cut into slices


4 tablespoons light soy sauce


5 cm ginger, peeled and finely grate


the juice of one lime


large bunch of fresh cilantro, coarsely chop





Method of preparation:


Dip the noodles in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, until soft. Rinse under cold water, drain, place in a bowl, add the prawns and mango.




Mix soy sauce with ginger, lime juice and black pepper, pour sauce noodles. Sprinkle with cilantro and stir.

If you want a salad, you can add any vegetables: sauteed onions and garlic for spice, sweet peppers, carrots, peas and asparagus for flavor and color.
