Diversify your menu original dish of pumpkin, chicken and mushrooms.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
- 350 g pumpkin
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 200 ml cream 20%
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Pumpkin cut into cubes of side 2 see Mushrooms cut into quarters. Chop the onions finely. Fillet cut in not too small pieces. Fry the chicken in several attempts over high heat in vegetable oil for 3 minutes per batch. Place them on a plate.
In the same pan fry the onion, about 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and pumpkin, roast, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, chicken and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the pumpkin is soft, about 10-15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley. Can be served with rice.
