Tuscan soup mix beans
What will it take?
Table measures Beans dry white 50 g
Lentils green 50 g
Mash 50 g
Peas dried crushed 50 g
Pearl barley 50 g
Chicken bouillon 2500 ml
Onion (100g) 1 piece
Carrots 150 g
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Parsley 20
Prepare properly!
In this embodiment, the Tuscan soup uses a mixture consisting of beans "bird's eye", green lentil, mung bean, split green peas and barley. You can take only 50 grams or 250 grams of the mixture. To speed up cooking the mixture can be soaked for 1-2 hours.
In the boiling broth stir in the prepared mixture and bring to the boil on a small fire.
Onions finely chop.
Carrots cut into small cubes. Lightly fry the vegetables in a little butter until soft (3-5 minutes). Well add the chopped celery stalks. Add them to the soup for about half an hour before end of cooking.
When all ingredients are ready, add the chopped parsley (fresh or dried) and allow to infuse, then serve.
