Lamb chop from the Mongolian cooks


Recipe makes 4 servings. Cooking time is 80 minutes.


The set of products


1 tablespoon sauce "Hoisin";


1 tablespoon dark soy sauce;


2 crushed cloves of garlic;


1 teaspoon sea salt;


0, 25 teaspoon ground white pepper;


4 lamb chops (250 g each);


2 medium onions;


3 tablespoons vegetable broth.


For the sauce:


1 chopped fresh hot red chilli (no seeds);


1 chopped fresh hot green chilli (no seeds);


0, 5 teaspoon sea salt;


1 tablespoon lemon juice;


1 teaspoon brown sugar;


2 tablespoons of peanut butter.


Cooking method



Mix sauce "Hoisin", soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture chops and leave for 1 hour. Heat the oil in a frying pan "wok" before the appearance of haze, add the onions and fry for 2 minutes, until onion is transparent. Lower the heat, put the chops and fry for 5 minutes on each side. Add the broth, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes. Mix in small saucepan all ingredients for the sauce and gently heat. Put the chops on a hot dish and pour the sauce over.
