How best to eat right, spending a minimum of time? Recently I heard a very strange statement that when you are very busy, you have a lot of work and so on, it is simply impossible to eat right. In my opinion, it's a bit untrue. The most interesting thing that cooking healthy food I've always takes much less time than the same garnoti and patties. And I am one of those people who don't like long messing around in the kitchen, even when I sit forever home.


Now, an ode to the stomach office worker: for cooking, we need 5-10 minutes, thermos (if there is food, wonderful), steamer (it is expensive, but if you really are strapped for cash, you can use the pan and colander).





Breakfast


Breakfast is very useful to eat cereal wholegrain cereals.




In the evening in a thermos pour buckwheat, rice, oats, barley, millet or whatever your heart desires boiling water in a ratio of 1 to 3. And in the morning ready very tasty and the most useful method for preparing porridge. And then add your favorite spices, milk or fruit.




To the oatmeal, for example, you can add frozen fruit or berries, jam or honey. The most delicious oatmeal I got in the summer, when I added to the porridge with fresh strawberries and honey from the apiary. Lunch

If the taste of food for a couple of seems to be fresh, you can experiment with spices. Red and black pepper, curry, ginger powder, herbal mixtures. Snacks
