Daily consumption of curcumin, a component of the spice turmeric and curry can improve the health of the cardiovascular system of women in menopause in the same way that physical exercise.

Its potential useful properties was the focus of a number of new research. As a result, it was found the relationship of curcumin with potential protection against prostate cancer, diseases of Alzheimer, heart failure, diabetes and arthritis. A new study suggests that the improvement of endothelial function of blood vessels may also be included in this list.
