Pie with Turkey and vegetables
Podaete his boiskin magical evening with a real Christmas treat!
Dough :
150 g flour
120 g Philadelphia
60 g butter
Filling :
Turkey fillet - 200 g
Pepper - 1 piece
Leek - 12 cm
Garlic 1 clove
Pomidory cherry 6 - 8 PCs
Zucchini - 100 g
Fill :
Eggs - 3 PCs
Cream or sour cream - 200 ml
Salt pinch
Pepper
Mix all ingredients for the dough is well kneaded, sativam the dough into a ball, cover with foil and put in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Fillet cut into small pieces, zucchini and capsicum strips, leek rings, cherry tomatoes into halves.
On raises.oil fry the pieces of meat, salt, pepper, after 7 minutes, add zucchini, leek, paprika, garlic.
Cook another 3 min.
The eggs well beat, add cream, salt, pepper.
Roll out the dough into the reservoir 7 mm, put it in a greased form, fill the vegetables with the Turkey, pour the creamy filling, put half the tomatoes.
Bake in a preheated 170 gr oven for about 25-35 minutes, the filling should thicken and brown.
Pie is good both hot and cold.
