If life lacks excitement, you will help the chili sauce, which blends perfectly with almost all meat dishes.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of tomatoes
- 400 g onions
- 6 pods peppers
- 2 spicy chili pepper
- 1 root ginger
- 6-8 black peppercorns
- 2 cloves
- 0, 5 cups vegetable oils
- 1 Cup wine vinegar
- 0, 5 cups of sugar
- 0, 5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0, 5 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Cooking method:
Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, capsicum, hot pepper. Simmer the vegetables in the pan for 30 minutes.
Then add shabby grated ginger and other spices.
The mass grind blender, add the vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, red pepper, salt. Stir and cook over medium heat for 1, 5 hours.
When the sauce has thickened, let it cool and serve. The remaining sauce can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
